The app
Waku is made by Álvaro Martín. Your use of Waku is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.
Waku Pro
Waku Pro is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. Apple sells it and handles payment, refunds and restoring the purchase on your other devices, under Apple's own terms.
Your photos and texts
What you make with Waku is yours. Waku doesn't upload your photos or texts anywhere.
Fonts you import
Import only fonts whose license lets you use them. Waku keeps them on your iPhone and doesn't share them.
Instagram
Waku isn't affiliated with Instagram or Meta. “IG story” and “Add to story” hand your image to the Instagram app, and Instagram's terms apply there.
Your rights
Waku is provided as it is, within what the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
Changes
If these terms change, this page will show the new date.

Waku lo hace Álvaro Martín. El uso de Waku se rige por el contrato de licencia de usuario final de aplicaciones con licencia de Apple, junto con estos términos.
Waku Pro
Waku Pro es una compra única dentro de la app, no una suscripción. La vende Apple, que gestiona el pago, los reembolsos y la restauración de la compra en tus otros dispositivos, según sus propios términos.
Tus fotos y textos
Lo que haces con Waku es tuyo. Waku no sube tus fotos ni tus textos a ningún sitio.
Tipos de letra que importas
Importa solo tipos de letra cuya licencia te permita usarlos. Waku los guarda en tu iPhone y no los comparte.
Instagram
Waku no tiene relación con Instagram ni con Meta. “Story IG” y “Añadir a story” pasan tu imagen a la app de Instagram, y ahí se aplican los términos de Instagram.
Tus derechos
Waku se ofrece tal cual, dentro de lo que permite la ley. Nada de estos términos limita tus derechos como consumidor según la ley de tu país.
Cambios
Si estos términos cambian, esta página mostrará la fecha nueva.
